A small Islamabad agency built on checked papers and straight answers
Prime Estates started in a one room office in F-11 Markaz. Families kept telling us the same story: fake listings, prices that changed after the visit and papers nobody had checked. We decided to work differently.
Today our small team helps families buy, sell and rent across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Every listing is checked, every fee is written down and every client gets a straight answer, even when it is not the one they hoped for.

Do you charge a commission?
Yes. For sales it is 1% of the sale price from each side, and for rentals one month's rent (sample terms). It is agreed in writing before the first visit, and you pay nothing unless the deal is done.
Can you help with documents?
Yes. We check ownership and the owner's CNIC, follow up dues and the No Demand Certificate (NDC), prepare the sale or rent agreement and go with you to the society or CDA office for the transfer. Disputed files are referred to a lawyer.
Do you deal in rentals?
Yes. We rent out houses, upper portions, flats and offices across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We check tenants, write the rent agreement on stamp paper and help with police registration.
Are the prices on the website final?
They are the owner's asking price. Most prices have some room for negotiation, and we tell you honestly what similar properties sold for nearby. On this demo every price is a sample.
Can I visit a property on Sunday?
Yes. Sunday visits run from 12pm to 6pm by appointment. Book a visit on any listing and we confirm the time on WhatsApp.
Do you check a property before listing it?
Yes. We see the ownership papers, match the owner's CNIC and visit the property before it goes on the website. If something is unclear, it does not go live.
I live abroad. Can you help me buy or rent out?
Yes. Our overseas desk gives live video tours on WhatsApp, explains the power of attorney steps and sends a weekly update. Payments always go through banking channels.
Can you help with bank home finance?
We can introduce you to banks that offer home finance and help with the property documents they ask for. Use the instalment calculator for an estimate; the bank confirms the final rate and eligibility.
How long does it take to sell a house?
A fairly priced house in a popular area usually gets serious buyers within a few weeks. We review the price with you every two weeks based on the visits and offers.
Do you charge to list my property?
No. Listing, photos and the valuation visit are free. You pay our commission only when the property is sold or rented.
