Questions
Before you start
Do you charge a commission?
Yes. For sales it is 1% of the sale price from each side, and for rentals one month's rent (sample terms). It is agreed in writing before the first visit, and you pay nothing unless the deal is done.
Can you help with documents?
Yes. We check ownership and the owner's CNIC, follow up dues and the No Demand Certificate (NDC), prepare the sale or rent agreement and go with you to the society or CDA office for the transfer. Disputed files are referred to a lawyer.
Do you deal in rentals?
Yes. We rent out houses, upper portions, flats and offices across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We check tenants, write the rent agreement on stamp paper and help with police registration.
Are the prices on the website final?
They are the owner's asking price. Most prices have some room for negotiation, and we tell you honestly what similar properties sold for nearby. On this demo every price is a sample.
Can I visit a property on Sunday?
Yes. Sunday visits run from 12pm to 6pm by appointment. Book a visit on any listing and we confirm the time on WhatsApp.
Do you check a property before listing it?
Yes. We see the ownership papers, match the owner's CNIC and visit the property before it goes on the website. If something is unclear, it does not go live.
