Yes. We check ownership and the owner's CNIC, follow up dues and the No Demand Certificate (NDC), prepare the sale or rent agreement and go with you to the society or CDA office for the transfer. Disputed files are referred to a lawyer.

Yes. We rent out houses, upper portions, flats and offices across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. We check tenants, write the rent agreement on stamp paper and help with police registration.

No. Listing, photos and the valuation visit are free. You pay our commission only when the property is sold or rented.
