What to pack for Murree, season by season
From summer rain to January snow: the clothes and small things that make the trip easier.

Murree weather can change in an hour. Sana answers the packing question every day, so here is her list.
Summer (May to August)
- A light jacket for evenings.
- An umbrella: July and August bring monsoon rain.
- Comfortable walking shoes.
Autumn and spring
- A warm sweater and a shawl.
- Layers for children.
- Sunscreen: the hill sun is strong.
Winter (December to February)
- A heavy coat, gloves, a cap and woollen socks.
- Waterproof shoes with grip for snow.
- Moisturiser and lip balm for the cold, dry air.
