Refund and cancellation policy

R2Setup fees

Non-refundable once design work has started after payment.

R3Monthly fees

Non-refundable once the billing month has started, except where Site33 fails to deliver the Website through its own fault within 30 days of receiving all content: then the first month and setup fee are refunded in full.

In plain words: Late because of us? You get your first month and setup fee back.

R4Yearly fees

If you cancel early, months used are charged at the monthly price, the early cancellation charge applies (Agreement cl. 9.3), and any balance is refunded within 30 days.

R5One-time services

50% advance before work; non-refundable once work starts. Balance due on delivery.

R6Third-party costs

Domain registration, paid licences, ad budgets and message charges already paid to third parties are non-refundable.

R7How to cancel

Send the Exit Form or a written request from your registered email/WhatsApp. We confirm within 2 working days.

R8Notice

30 days' notice after the minimum term. During the minimum term the early cancellation charge applies.

In plain words: After 12 months: 30 days' notice. Before that: the early cancellation charge, including any launch discount received.

R9Material changes

If we change terms in a way that materially reduces your rights, you may cancel without the early cancellation charge.

R10Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 30 days. Bank/transfer charges may be deducted for international refunds.
