Essential cookies keep this website working and safe, and they are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as tracking pixels and browser storage, work in the same way, so this policy covers them too.

2. Essential cookies

2.1Keep the site secure and working (e.g. Cloudflare security, form protection). Always on: no consent needed.

2.2Preferences

Remember language or banner choices. On; can be cleared in your browser.

2.3Partner referrals

If you open our website from a Site33 partner's link (a link with a partner code), we save that code in the s33_ref cookie for 30 days, so the partner who sent you is credited if you ask for a free design. It holds only the partner code, never your name or number, is not used for ads and is not shared. Only the first partner link you opened counts. You can clear it in your browser.

3. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity count visitors and show how pages are used. On this website they load only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. With the same consent, our own server also counts page views and clicks using a random visit id kept in your browser tab (session storage, not a cookie), your device type, the page that sent you and, where our hosting provider supplies it, your approximate city, never your IP address, and deletes these records after 13 months.

4. Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel)

Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Ads tags measure and target ads. On this website they load only after you accept marketing cookies in the cookie banner.

4.1Google Ads conversions

When you send a form, the Google Ads tag records the enquiry (a conversion) with its reference number only, so we can see which Google ads bring enquiries. Before you accept marketing cookies the tag does not load, and Google Consent Mode keeps ad storage and ad data switched off ('denied').

4.2Meta Pixel and Conversions API

The Meta Pixel records visits and enquiries from our Facebook and Instagram ads. With your marketing consent, our server also tells Meta about an enquiry you send, with your number (and email, if given) in hashed form and the _fbp and _fbc cookie values, so Meta can match it to an ad and count it once. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. How to change your choice

5.1Use the cookie banner or the 'Cookie settings' link in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

5.2The cookie banner

On your first visit the banner says: 'We use essential cookies to run this site and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies.' You can choose Accept all, Reject non-essential or Settings. In Settings nothing is switched on until you choose it.

7. Updates

This policy is reviewed whenever we add a new tool. Last updated: [DATE].
