PNG is for screens: WhatsApp, Instagram, your website. Use the version with a transparent background so it sits on any colour.

SVG is a vector file. It stays sharp at any size, so it is the one for your website developer and anyone who needs to resize the logo.

PDF is for printers. A print-ready PDF keeps the exact colours and sizes for visiting cards, boxes and banners.

Keep all three in one folder, and keep the source file too. If a sign maker asks for an AI or EPS file, the source file covers it.
