1. Who I am

This website belongs to Ayesha Malik, a freelance designer in Lahore, Pakistan. When this policy says "I" or "me", it means her. Contact: [EMAIL] or 0300 XXX XXXX.

2. What I collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if you give it, your message, your project brief and the call time you choose.

Reference files you attach to a brief are used only for your project and deleted when it ends.

With your consent, this site uses analytics cookies to count visits. Essential cookies keep the site working. You can change your choice any time from the cookie settings.

3. Why I use it

To reply to you, prepare a quote, book and remind you of a call, and deliver your project.

If you join the WhatsApp updates list, to send at most 2 messages a month. Reply STOP to leave.

I never sell or share your details with advertisers.

4. Where it is kept and for how long

Form messages reach my WhatsApp and email and are saved in a private Google Sheet. Project files are kept in a private cloud folder.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for 3 years for tax and invoices.

5. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Send a WhatsApp message or email and I will do it within 7 days.

Portfolio work is shown only with the client's permission. If you are a client and want a project removed, just ask.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Version [X], last updated [DATE].
