Delivery, refunds and payments

Delivery policy

We deliver to the areas below with our own riders. The charge, minimum order and time for your area are shown in the cart before you order. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer in rain or heavy traffic; we message you on WhatsApp if your order is running late.

  • Federal B AreaRs 200 delivery, minimum Rs 1,000, 40 to 55 min
  • North NazimabadRs 250 delivery, minimum Rs 1,200, 45 to 60 min
  • DHA and CliftonRs 350 delivery, minimum Rs 1,800, 50 to 65 min

Pickup orders have no charge and no minimum. Charges above are sample charges.

Returns, refunds and missing items

Food cannot be returned, but if something is missing, wrong or not right, message us on WhatsApp within 1 hour with your order number and a photo. We send the missing or correct item with the next rider, or refund that item: in cash with your next order, or by bank transfer within 3 working days.

Please check the sealed sticker on your bag. If it is broken, tell the rider before you accept the order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge within 5 minutes of ordering, before we start cooking. Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the chosen time. Party platters need 3 hours notice to cancel.

Payments

Pay cash on delivery (the rider carries change for Rs 1,000 and Rs 5,000 notes), or by bank transfer to Tikka Express (demo) and send the screenshot on WhatsApp. Card and mobile wallet payments can be added later with a payment gateway. All prices include tax (sample).

Privacy

We use your name, number and address only to deliver your order and, if you agree, to send you deals on WhatsApp. We never sell or share your details. Reply STOP to leave the deals list. Questions? Contact us.
