Our story
From one grill on University Road to your door
Tikka Express started in 2019 as a small BBQ counter in Gulshan-e-Iqbal with one charcoal grill and one family masala. Customers kept asking for delivery, so we added riders, then burgers and rolls for the younger crowd.
Today most of our orders come online. The masala and the charcoal stay the same. (Sample story: your own story goes here.)

How long does delivery take?
30 to 40 minutes in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and up to 65 minutes for DHA and Clifton. The cart shows the time for your area before you order.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, it depends on your area: from Rs 600 in Gulshan-e-Iqbal to Rs 1,800 for DHA and Clifton. Pickup has no minimum. (Sample amounts.)
Can I pay online?
You can pay by bank transfer and send the screenshot on WhatsApp. Card, JazzCash and EasyPaisa payments can be added to this website later with a payment gateway.
Do you charge for delivery?
Each area has a fixed charge from Rs 100 to Rs 350 (sample). Orders over Rs 2,500 in Gulshan and Johar get free delivery this month.
Can I order for later?
Yes. At checkout choose a time later today or tomorrow. When the kitchen is closed, you can still place a pre-order for opening time.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout. Your order is ready in about 20 minutes at the counter near Nipa Chowrangi.
How spicy is the food?
Most dishes let you pick mild, medium or extra hot. Malai boti is mild and good for children.
Do you take party and office orders?
Yes. The party platter feeds 10. For 20 or more people, message us on WhatsApp 1 day ahead.
Something is missing or wrong. What now?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. We send the missing item or refund it. See our policies.
Is the meat halal?
Yes. All chicken and beef come from halal suppliers (on your own website, add your supplier details here).

How we marinate our tikka overnight
Yoghurt, our own masala and 12 hours in the fridge. Here is why the wait matters.

We marinate every piece the night before in yoghurt, lemon and a masala we grind ourselves. The yoghurt softens the chicken, so it stays juicy on the charcoal. Tip at home: never skip the rest time.

Ordering for a party? Plan it like this
How much to order for 10, 20 or 50 guests, without too much left over.

For 10 guests, one party platter plus 2 biryani full is enough. For 20, double it and add naan. Order 3 hours ahead so everything arrives together.

Foil lining, vented lids and a sealed bag: small things that make a big difference.

Steam makes fries soggy, so our boxes have small vents. Foil keeps heat in, and every bag gets a sealed sticker so you know nobody opened it.
