Delivery, returns and policies
Clear rules before you order: delivery charges, payment, returns and privacy.

Delivery
Orders are packed in Lahore within 1 working day. Delivery charges depend on your city and show at checkout. Orders over Rs 5,000 have free delivery.
- Lahore (same city): Rs 200, same or next day
- Lahore: Rs 250, 1 to 2 days
- Islamabad / Rawalpindi: Rs 250, 1 to 2 days
- Karachi: Rs 300, 2 to 3 days
- Other cities: Rs 350, 3 to 5 days
Payment
Cash on delivery, or bank transfer / Raast to [Bank name], account title [Account title]. Send your receipt on WhatsApp with your order number. Cash on delivery orders are confirmed on WhatsApp before they are sent.
Returns and exchanges
Return or exchange within 7 days if the item is unused, with tags and packing. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded. Refunds are sent by bank transfer within 5 working days of receiving the item.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it at our cost.
Privacy
We use your name, number and address only to deliver your order and, if you agree, to send offers on WhatsApp. We never sell your details. Contact [EMAIL] to have them deleted.
Terms
