Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the rider in cash when your order arrives. Bank transfer and Raast also work.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your city and shows at checkout, from Rs 200 in the same city. Orders over Rs 5,000 have free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Same or next day in the same city, 1 to 3 days in big cities and up to 5 days elsewhere.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 7 days if the item is unused and in its packing. See the returns policy for details.
Is my order confirmed?
You get an order number on screen at once, and the shop confirms on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, by courier to all major cities and most towns.
