1. Who we are

This website belongs to Al Noor Foundation, a registered trust running a masjid, madrasa and welfare programs in Latifabad, Hyderabad, Pakistan (Registered trust, reg. no. [REG NO]). Contact: [email protected] or 0300 XXX XXXX.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name (or none, if you give anonymously), phone or WhatsApp number, email if you give it, the amount, type and cause of your gift, an optional transaction ID, and your message.

Madrasa admission enquiries also include the student's name, age and class, and the guardian's name and number. Volunteer sign-ups include your area, availability and how you would like to help.

With your consent, this site uses analytics cookies to count visits. Essential cookies keep the site working. You can change your choice any time from the cookie settings.

3. Why we use it

To confirm your gift and send your receipt, to keep the accounts that our auditors check, to reply to your message, to arrange a madrasa meeting and to plan volunteer work.

If you join WhatsApp updates, to send at most 4 messages a month. Reply STOP to leave.

We never sell or share donor details, and we never publish the names or photos of families who receive help.

4. Payments

This website takes no payments. You send your gift from your own bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or Raast app, so we never see your card or banking login.

5. Where it is kept and for how long

Form messages reach the office WhatsApp and email and are saved in a private Google Sheet that only the office team and the accounts trustee can open.

Donation records are kept for 6 years for audit and tax. Other enquiries are deleted after 12 months.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Send a WhatsApp message or email and we will do it within 7 days, except donation records we must keep for the audit.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Version [X], last updated [DATE].
