Delivery policy
- Own riders deliver in Johar Town, Wapda Town, Faisal Town, Model Town, Township and Garden Town in 2 hour slots.
- DHA and other cities are delivered by our courier partner, with a tracking number.
- Delivery charges depend on the area (see Areas we serve). Free in Johar Town over Rs 3,000 (sample).
- The rider calls before arriving. If nobody is home, we try again in the next free slot.
Returns and refunds
- Check your order at the door. Hand back anything damaged or wrong to the rider.
- Found a problem later? WhatsApp a photo within 24 hours. We replace the item or refund it.
- Fresh produce, dairy and opened items are replaced, not refunded in cash.
- Refunds for card or JazzCash payments go back to the same account in 3 to 5 working days.
Cash on delivery and order confirmation
- Every cash on delivery order is confirmed on WhatsApp before packing. Unconfirmed orders are cancelled after 2 hours.
- Numbers with repeated refused orders may be asked to pay in advance.
Privacy
- We use your name, number and address only to deliver your orders and send updates you asked for.
- We never sell or share your details. Ask us any time to delete your account and order history.
Terms of sale
- Prices can change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- Fresh produce is sold by approximate weight and charged at the weighed amount.
