What are delivery timings?
We deliver Monday to Saturday from 11am to 9pm and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm, in 2 hour slots. Orders placed before 7pm usually arrive the same day.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum order for home delivery is Rs 1,500 (sample). Delivery is free in Johar Town on orders over Rs 3,000.
Can I return items?
Yes. If an item is damaged, expired or wrong, tell the rider or WhatsApp us within 24 hours with a photo and we replace it or refund it.
How does cash on delivery work?
After you order, you get a WhatsApp message with your order details. Reply 1 to confirm. We start packing once it is confirmed.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Johar Town, Wapda Town, Faisal Town, Model Town, Township and Garden Town by our own riders, and DHA and other cities by courier.
Can I send my grocery list on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send a photo or a typed list. We reply with the total and a delivery time.
Do you sell monthly ration packs?
Yes, three ready packs for small families, big families and students, or we build a custom pack from your monthly list.
Are fruit and vegetable prices fixed?
Fresh produce prices change with the mandi rate. The website shows today's price and we update it every morning.
Can I pay by card or JazzCash?
Cash on delivery is the default. Card machine at the door, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer are also accepted.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order with your order number. You see when it is confirmed, packed and on the way, and the rider calls before arriving.
