Still not sure about a size or a colour? Ask us on WhatsApp, we reply during shop timings.
What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange for another size or colour within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unworn with tags. Sale items can be exchanged, not refunded. Stitched-to-measure items cannot be exchanged.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes. Islamabad and Rawalpindi next day for Rs 200, big cities in 2 to 3 days for Rs 300, other cities in 3 to 5 days for Rs 350. Free delivery on orders over Rs 3,000. (Sample charges.)
How do I choose my size?
Measure your bust, waist and hip in inches and compare with our size chart. Between two sizes? Pick the bigger one, or send us your measurements on WhatsApp.
Do you offer stitching?
Yes. Standard stitching to our size chart is Rs 1,500 and custom stitching to your measurements is Rs 2,500. Both are ready in about 7 days.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
We send you a WhatsApp message with your order number and total. Your parcel is booked after you reply OK.
Are the colours the same as the photos?
We shoot in daylight so colours stay true, but screens differ a little. Ask us for a video of the fabric on WhatsApp.
Can I book a bridal appointment?
Yes, bridal is made to order. Book a visit with our bridal stylist and plan for 6 to 8 weeks before the event.
