Each package page lists everything included and not included: visa, flights, hotels and their walking distance, meals, transport and Ziyarat or tours. If it is not on the list, it is not in the price. We also send it in writing with your quote.

Yes. Umrah visas come with our Umrah packages. For visit visas (Saudi, UAE, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Malaysia and more) we check your documents, prepare the file and apply or book the appointment. The visa decision is always the embassy's.

Yes, on most Umrah packages and tours. Pay an advance to book, then the rest in monthly installments, with the full amount cleared before tickets are issued. Ask us for the plan for your package.

At least 4 to 6 weeks before travel for regular months, and 3 to 4 months before for Ramadan and December holidays, when hotels near the Haram fill up.

Saudi rules for ladies have changed in recent years. We explain the current rule for your age and group when you enquire, and every group has a female helper.

Children aged 2 to 11 usually pay a reduced price, and infants under 2 a small fixed amount for the seat and visa. The cost estimator shows sample amounts for each package.

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and what has been booked (visa, tickets, hotels). The rules are written in your booking form before you pay anything.

Our drivers know the mountain roads, coasters carry first aid and oxygen, and we change the route if the weather or a road is not safe. Many of our groups are families with children and elders.

Landslides and snow can close roads. Your guide changes the plan on the spot, for example a different valley that day, and extra hotel nights are discussed openly with the group.

No. Fares change every day, so packages show a sample price and we quote the actual fare on the day you book.
