Questions parents ask

Admissions, fees, transport, timings and more. Can't find your question? Ask the office on WhatsApp.

When do admissions open?

Admissions for the new session (starting 1 April) open in October and stay open while seats last. Mid-session admissions are possible if a class has a seat. Apply online any time and the office calls you back within one working day.

What is the fee structure?

Monthly tuition starts from Rs 6,500 for Playgroup and goes up to Rs 11,000 for Matric (sample fees). There is a one-time admission fee, a refundable security deposit and yearly annual charges. See the fee page for every class and a calculator for siblings and transport.

Is transport available?

Yes. Four van and coaster routes cover Gulgasht, Cantt, Model Town, Bosan Road, Shah Rukn-e-Alam Colony, New Multan, Wapda Town and Mumtazabad. Every vehicle has a female attendant. The monthly van fee depends on your zone (sample: Rs 4,000 to Rs 6,000).

What age does my child need to be for Playgroup?

Two years and six months by 31 March of the session year. Nursery is 3 years 6 months, Prep 4 years 6 months and Grade 1 is 5 years 6 months.

Is there an admission test?

Playgroup to Prep: no test, just a friendly meeting with the child and parents. Grade 1 and above: a short, age-appropriate assessment in English, Urdu and Maths so we can place your child well.

Which documents do I need?

The child's B-Form or birth certificate, 4 photos, the father's or guardian's CNIC copy and, from Grade 2, the previous school's leaving certificate and last report card.

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes (sample policy): 10% off the monthly tuition for the second child and 15% for the third child onward, while the children study together.

What are the school timings?

Summer: 7:45am to 1pm for Primary and to 2pm for Matric; early years 8am to 11:30am. Winter timings start 30 minutes later. Friday is a short day. See the timings page for every section.

Are there separate sections for girls?

Classes are co-education up to Grade 5. From Grade 6 boys study at the Main Campus and girls at the Girls Campus on Bosan Road, with female staff only.

How will I know about my child's progress?

A daily diary and homework on WhatsApp, monthly tests, a report card every term and a parent-teacher meeting every term. The Principal meets parents every Saturday morning.

Where do we buy books and uniform?

The book list and uniform shop details are given at admission. Books follow the Single National Curriculum, and the uniform is available from two shops in Gulgasht (owner adds names).
