Do you offer home service?
Yes, for bridal, party makeup, mehndi looks, facials and mani-pedi in the areas listed on this page. The travel charge depends on your area. Book at least 2 days before.
How early should I book bridal?
Book your bridal date 2 to 3 months before the wedding, and earlier for December and wedding season weekends. A small advance holds your date.
Is a trial included?
Yes. The Barat, Walima and Complete bridal packages include a trial session. For the Mehndi or Nikah package a trial is Rs 2,500, adjusted in the final bill.
Which products do you use?
Professional salon brands for hair, skin and makeup, always in date and sealed. Ask us any time, and tell us about any allergy before your service.
Is the salon ladies only?
Yes. The salon is for ladies and girls, with female staff only and a private lounge for brides and their families.
Can I choose my stylist?
Yes. Pick your stylist when you book online, or choose any available stylist to get the earliest time.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Open My booking, enter your booking number and phone number, and pick a new time or cancel. Please tell us at least 3 hours before.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, when a stylist is free. Booking online is the best way to get your time, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and before Eid.
How long does bridal makeup take?
About 3 hours for makeup, hairstyle and dupatta setting. Please arrive with clean, moisturised skin and wear a front-open shirt.
How can I pay?
Cash, debit or credit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Bridal dates are held with a small advance.
