What does a consultation cost?

A 45-minute consultation is Rs 5,000 (sample price), at the office or online. If you go ahead with us, the consultation fee is adjusted in the work fee.

Can we meet online?

Yes. We meet on WhatsApp video, Zoom or Google Meet. Many of our clients are overseas Pakistanis. Papers can be shared before the call.

How long does a case take?

It depends on the case. A legal notice takes 3 working days, a tax return 2 to 5 days, and a court case can take months. We give you a realistic timeline in writing.

Which documents do I need?

Bring your CNIC and any papers about the matter: agreements, fard, notices or bank statements. Each practice area page lists the exact documents.

Is what I tell you kept private?

Yes. Everything you share is confidential. Files are kept in locked storage and only the people working on your matter can see them.

Do you give a written fee?

Always. After the consultation you get the fee, what it includes and the payment schedule in writing, before any work starts.

How do I pay?

Cash at the office, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or cheque. Large matters can be paid in stages.

Do you handle cases outside Peshawar?

We work in Peshawar, Nowshera and Charsadda courts. Tax, accounts and company work can be done for clients anywhere in Pakistan.

Can you help if I live abroad?

Yes. We prepare power of attorney papers, handle property matters and file tax returns for overseas Pakistanis, with video calls at times that suit you.

Will I speak to a lawyer or a clerk?

You speak to the advocate or accountant handling your file. Their name and WhatsApp number are on your fee letter.
