Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. Every team brings vacuums, a steam cleaner, ladders, brushes, cloths and all cleaning products. You only need to provide running water and electricity.
Which areas do you cover?
All of DHA, Clifton, PECHS, Bahadurabad and Tariq Road with no visit charge, plus Gulshan, Jauhar, North Nazimabad, FB Area and more for a small visit charge. Use the area checker to see your zone.
Are your staff verified?
Yes. Every team member is CNIC-verified with a police character certificate on file, is trained by us and wears a uniform with a name card. You get the team lead's name before the visit.
How long does a deep clean take?
A 2-bed flat takes a team of 3 about 5 to 6 hours. A 240 sq yd house takes a team of 4 to 5 most of the day. The instant quote shows the team size and time for your home.
Do I need to be at home?
Someone adult should be home to let the team in and check the work at the end. Many customers leave a family member or trusted staff in charge.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
We use mild, labelled products at the right strength. Keep children and pets out of the room while we work; rooms are safe to use once dry, usually within an hour.
How often should a water tank be cleaned?
Every 6 months is a good rule in Karachi, and after any time the water looks cloudy or smells. Underground tanks that take tanker water may need it more often.
Do I have to leave the house for pest control?
Not for gel treatment against cockroaches. For spray or fogging, keep the treated rooms closed for 2 to 3 hours. The technician tells you exactly what to do.
How do I pay?
After the job, once you have checked the work: cash, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Companies can ask for an invoice.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 12 hours before the visit. Just reply on WhatsApp with a new date and time (sample terms).
