Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-in patients are welcome. Booking online gives you a fixed time, so you wait much less. Booked patients are seen first at their time.
What are OPD timings?
The clinic is open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 9pm. Each doctor has their own OPD days and hours, shown on the Doctors page. Sunday is closed except for emergency calls.
Do you accept panel / insurance?
Yes, we work with a few panel and insurance companies. Bring your panel card and CNIC. Call or WhatsApp us to check your company before the visit.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is free parking for about 10 cars at the back of the building, and a ramp entrance for wheelchairs.
Can I get reports on WhatsApp?
Yes. Lab reports are sent to your WhatsApp as a PDF as soon as they are ready. You can also collect a printed copy at the counter.
How do I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Open My booking, enter your booking number and phone number, and pick a new time or cancel. Please cancel at least 2 hours before so another patient can use the slot.
Is there a female doctor?
Yes. Dr. Sana Malik and Dr. Hira Siddiqui are female doctors. A female staff member is present in every women's health visit.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
Only for some tests, such as fasting sugar and the lipid profile: 8 to 12 hours without food, water is fine. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are not sure.
Can you collect a sample from my home?
Yes, in the areas listed on this page. Book on WhatsApp the evening before. Charges depend on the area.
How can I pay?
Cash, debit or credit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer at the counter.
