Is a driver included?
You choose. Every car can be booked with one of our drivers for Rs 2,500 a day (10 hours inside Islamabad and Rawalpindi) or Rs 3,500 a day out of city, which covers his food and stay. Most cars can also be self-driven; the Prado and the Hiace van always come with a driver.
What documents do I need?
For every booking: your original CNIC and a WhatsApp number. For self-drive also a valid driving licence at least a year old, a recent utility bill and the refundable security deposit. Overseas Pakistanis and foreigners can use a passport with NICOP or visa and an international driving permit.
Can I rent for out of city?
Yes. Murree, Lahore, Peshawar and Abbottabad are fine for self-drive. For Naran, Swat, Hunza and Skardu we only send cars with our hill drivers, because the mountain roads need local experience. Out-of-city rent is a little higher to cover wear on long roads.
How is the rent counted, per day or per 24 hours?
Per 24 hours from your pick-up time, with 1 hour of grace at return. Pick up at 10am Monday and return by 11am Wednesday: that is 2 days. Return at 2pm and it counts as 3.
Is fuel included?
No. The car comes with a full tank; return it full, or we fill it at the pump rate. With a driver, you pay for the fuel used. Self-drive includes 200 km a day; extra kilometres are Rs 25 each.
How much is the security deposit and when do I get it back?
Only for self-drive: Rs 20,000 for small cars, Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 for sedans and Rs 60,000 for the Fortuner, in cash or a cheque. You get it back within 24 hours of return after a quick check. With a driver there is no deposit.
Can you deliver the car to my home or the airport?
Yes. Delivery is Rs 1,000 anywhere in Islamabad, Rs 1,500 in Rawalpindi, Bahria Town and DHA, and Rs 2,500 at the airport arrivals. We collect it from the same place or another one at the same rates.
What if my flight is late?
We track your flight number, so a late landing costs nothing extra. The first 60 minutes after landing are free; after that waiting is Rs 500 for every 30 minutes.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Change your dates or cancel for free up to 24 hours before pick-up from the My booking page or on WhatsApp. Inside 24 hours, one day's rent is kept from the advance.
Do you rent cars for weddings?
Yes, decorated barat cars (Corolla, Civic, Fortuner or Prado) with fresh or artificial flowers, and matching white sedans for the family convoy, all with drivers in uniform.
Do you offer monthly rentals for companies?
Yes, for 1 to 12 months, with or without driver, with servicing, a replacement car and a monthly company invoice. Longer contracts get a lower rate.
What if the car breaks down on the way?
Call our 24-hour road help line. We fix small problems on the spot or send a replacement car; on the motorway we also arrange the lifter.
