How long does detailing take?
A car wash takes about 40 minutes and an interior deep clean about 4 hours. Full detailing takes 6 to 8 hours, so most cars are ready the same evening. Ceramic coating needs 2 days, because the paint is corrected first and the coating must cure.
Do you offer pick and drop?
Yes. Pick and drop is free in Satellite Town, Saddar and Chaklala Scheme III, and a small charge applies in other parts of Rawalpindi and Islamabad (sample charges). It is free on any bill over Rs 10,000. Check your area in the pick and drop checker.
Which oils do you use?
We use the grade written in your car's manual, for example 5W-30 or 10W-40, in mineral, semi-synthetic or fully synthetic oil from established brands. You choose; the sealed bottle is opened in front of you. The brand list is shown on the live site.
Will I know the price before the work?
Always. We inspect the car and send a written estimate on WhatsApp. If we find something extra while working, we send photos and the price, and wait for your yes.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. Repairs carry a 30-day or 1,000 km workmanship warranty, parts carry the maker's warranty, paint work 6 months and ceramic coating 1, 3 or 5 years (sample terms). The warranty is written on your bill.
Can I wait while you work?
Yes. Our waiting lounge is air-conditioned with Wi-Fi and tea. Oil changes, washes and brake jobs are usually done while you wait.
Do you work on hybrid and automatic cars?
Yes. Our scanners read modern petrol, hybrid and automatic cars, and the head mechanic has worked on hybrids for years. Big hybrid battery jobs are referred to a specialist and we tell you first.
Do I need a booking?
Walk-ins are welcome for washes and oil changes. Book for detailing, ceramic coating and repairs, so a bay and a mechanic are ready for your car.
Why is the price higher for an SUV?
Bigger cars have more paint, glass and seats to clean and polish, and they take more time and product. Wash, detailing, coating and paint prices change with the size of the car; servicing prices do not.
How do I pay?
Cash, debit or credit card, JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. For ceramic coating and paint work we take a small advance when you book (sample terms).
