What we need from you to build your website

Live in 5 to 14 working days after we get all your content (Starter and Business: 5).
The delivery time starts when we have every required item for your plan.

FOR EVERY PLAN

[ ] Logo (we can make a simple one) | Required
    Why: It goes on every page and on the preview when someone shares your website.
    When: Every plan. No logo? We make a simple text logo free.

[ ] Your services or products, with prices if you want them shown | Required
    Why: Customers decide faster when they see what you offer and what it costs.
    When: Every plan (Starter: up to 6)

[ ] Address, timings, phone and WhatsApp | Required
    Why: They power the call, WhatsApp and directions buttons, your map pin and the 'Open now' badge.
    When: Every plan

[ ] Photos of your shop or work (phone photos are fine) | Optional
    Why: Real photos build trust. If you have none, you can approve stock photos instead.
    When: Up to 12 on Starter, 40 on Business and Shop Starter, 80 on Professional, Booking and Shop Plus

[ ] Any social links | Optional
    Why: We link your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube from your website.

[ ] A short description of your business (100 to 300 words) | Required
    Why: It becomes your About text. We help you write it.
    When: Every plan

ONLY FOR SOME PLANS OR BUSINESSES

[ ] Testimonials from real customers, with their permission | Optional
    Why: Real words from real customers build trust.

[ ] 5 to 10 questions customers often ask | Required
    Why: They become your FAQ section and help you show up in Google and AI answers.
    When: Business plan and up (optional on Starter)

[ ] Team or staff profiles and photos | Required
    Why: People like to know who they will meet.
    When: Booking plan (optional on Business, Professional and Shop Plus)

[ ] Blog topics or your first 2 posts | Required
    Why: Regular posts help you show up for more searches.
    When: Professional, Booking and Shop Plus

[ ] Services with price and duration, staff schedules and off-days | Required
    Why: We set up your online booking calendar with them.
    When: Booking plan

[ ] Product sheet: name, price, sizes or colours, stock and photos | Required
    Why: We upload your products from it.
    When: Shop plans (up to 50 products on Shop Starter, up to 500 on Shop Plus)

[ ] Delivery charges by city and your return policy | Required
    Why: Customers see the right delivery charge at checkout, and a clear return policy builds trust.
    When: Shop plans

[ ] Bank or Raast details for transfers | Required
    Why: Customers can pay you by bank transfer at checkout.
    When: Shop plans

[ ] A copy of your professional licence | Required
    Why: Clinics, lawyers, real-estate agents and other regulated businesses may need to show it before launch.
    When: If your business is regulated

[ ] Domain login or transfer details | Required
    Why: We connect the domain you already own to your new website.
