Common questions
How far ahead should I book?
For wedding season (November to February) book 4 to 6 months ahead, as weekend dates go first. For other months, 4 to 6 weeks is usually enough. Check your dates on this page any time.
When do we get photos?
A preview of 30 photos comes on WhatsApp within 3 days. The full online gallery is ready in 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the package. Albums take 2 more weeks after you choose your photos.
Do you travel to other cities?
Yes. We cover weddings across Pakistan. Travel charges are listed under Areas we serve; for Islamabad, Multan and Karachi the family arranges the stay or we add it to the quote.
How much advance do you take?
30% advance holds your dates. The rest is paid on the last event day. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa and cash.
Do you have a female photographer?
Yes. Sana covers ladies' areas, bridal rooms and dholkis. Add it to any package so female guests feel comfortable.
Can we choose which photos are edited?
All good photos are edited. For the album you choose your favourite photos from the online gallery and we design the layout for you.
What happens if it rains at an outdoor event?
We bring weather covers and extra lights, and plan an indoor backup spot with you before the day.
Can we get the raw files?
Raw files are available for an extra charge. Most families find the edited gallery is all they need.
Can we change our date after booking?
Yes, once and for free if the new date is free and you tell us 30 days before. Your advance moves to the new date.
Do you cover corporate events?
Yes: launches, seminars, dinners and team headshots, with photos delivered the same night for social media.
